Standard condition for physical testing

A textile material is in standard condition (or is ‘conditioned’) for physical testing when, after having been dried to approximately constant weight in an atmosphere with a relative humidity not higher than 10%, it has been kept in the standard atmosphere for testing until it has reached equilibrium.
